For all custom made earplugs we need your ears impressions. Check out our map and find the nearest Soundz impression-taking center near you. If there is no cooperative center near you, contact us and we will help you find one.

Τhe usual fee for impression-taking in an average audiology-hearing center is 20€ to 40€. Contact us and we will help you find a hearing center near you.

Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over 60€.

Since we have your ear impressions, our lab needs usually 5 to 10 days to manufacture the custom molds. However, in busy periods, the manufacturing procedure may take up to 10 – 15 days. 

Yes, we will mail you the tracking number when we ship your order.

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided at registration. If you’re still unsure about your order, you can always contact us at orders@soundzcustom.com.

In the packaging, we supply two sizes that fit most people (Medium and Large for men & Small and Medium for women and children). Please read the instructions with a QR scanner. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to email us!

You can send us an email to orders@soundzcustom.com, writing the details you want, along with the number of your order, asap. If you have ordered Soundz Custom-made Earplugs and we have already taken your ear impressions, your order can not be canceled.

Yes! We offer a 30-day upgrade policy to all our Soundz Universal earplugs. You can upgrade your earplugs to the additional custom-made model in the same category. For example, if you have purchased Soundz Uni Music, you can upgrade them only to Soundz Music Pro, within 30 days after the purchased date.
