However, in order for any mistakes to be avoided, we would recommend that before you buy, to contact us if you realize that any price or product characteristic is beyond the usual or logical.

The prices given on the related catalogs under every product include VAT (24%), while the e-shop www.soundzustom.com reserves its right to adjust the prices without the obligation to inform the general public.

5. ORDERING ONLINE AND PROTECTION OF THE CONSUMER

The user has the right to conclude to a valid order through the e-shop, as long as he has legal capacity to do so in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (provided that he/she has reached eighteen years of age and that he is not subject to judicial support to the sales contract. Orders could also be placed by legal representatives. Soundz Company reserves the right to claim from the guardian the return of any orders to be carried out by contractual incapable persons.

6. OTHER INFORMATION

Force Majeure: If for any reason of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes etc) we are not able to deliver your order within the forgone time, we will inform you via e-mail, in order to inform us whether you want your delivery to be completed under those circumstances. Soundz Company bears no responsibility for any situation out of its own liability and will do anything humanly possible for your own best favor. In cases that you have applied for an electronic order and upon delivery you realize that any of the product (or products) is missing, according to your initial order, please contact us to arrange all the parameters needed and send you the products that you did not receive at no extra charge.

Modification of terms. Soundz reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of trades. The company is obliged to inform the present text for any change or addendum to be done to the terms and conditions. In case of no delivery of the products you have ordered (and if long unjustified time has passed since you applied for your order), please contact a representative of www.soundzustom.com

PRIVACY STATEMENT – WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO I NEED TO STATE WHILE ORDERING?

In order to carry out any transaction and place orders for products through the online store (e-shop) of Soundz, the client will be requested to disclose some personal data. While ordering the company will ask for the client’s full name and last name, the shipping address, the order billing address (in case it is different from the shipping address), the billing information (in case you have chosen to pay by invoice), a contact number and your e-mail address.

WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE COMMUNICATED TO THIRD PARTY/OTHER COMPANIES?

Your personal data communicated to our company are used, in compliance with the article 7A paragraph 1 (b) N. 2472/1997, in order the clients’ order and in any way will not to be disclosed, published or sold to third parties, unless the procedure as it is established by the legislation lifting secrecy (N. 2225/1994) is initiated or any obligations imposed by the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

The data of your credit card are registered directly to the protected environment of your bank and our company does not maintain either knows any of the data on your credit card.

The warranty for all the Soundz products is 12 months from the date of the receipt.

The warranty does not cover products that suffer damage due to improper handling, accident, unauthorized repair, changes in ear physiology, fair wear and tear, or damage caused by oral secretions, fluids, and water inside the filters.

Soundz guarantees all products against defective manufacturing materials and workmanship for one year from the receipt date. The guarantee does not cover damage due to abuse and blockage due to ear wax and moisture.

Things not covered under warranty are as follows:

• Blockage due to wax or debris in the earpiece
• Misuse or accidental damage
• Attempts to rectify by unauthorized persons
• The fee to impressions taker when redeeming a voucher
• Postage & Packing fee when a voucher is canceled

SOUNDZCARE

With SoundzCare you get an additional one-year limited warranty.

SoundzCare is available only for custom in-ear monitors and you can purchase it at the configurator when you design the products. You can not purchase it separately.

FITTING WARRANTY

Impressions and Bite Blocks

Using a 1″ bite block when you get your impressions is very important. Don’t use less than an inch. Don’t chew. Don’t open your mouth without biting on a 1″ block. If you don’t use a bite block or use less than an inch, your monitors will likely not seal or fit properly. Using much more than an inch may also lead to an improper fit.

Our fitting warranty is valid only if the soundz ear impressions audiologist guide is followed properly!

We will fix, fill, or remake any earpiece returned due to poor fit or malfunction within 60 days of dispatch. 

If required we will need new impressions to remake your custom made products.

FILTER WARRANTY

We will change your filters only once, for lower or higher attenuation filters in the same category of any Soundz Uni or Soundz Custom-Made products you purchased, if the sound attenuation is not proper for you, within 60 days of dispatch. 

Soundz warrants that inside the warranty period, according to its own discretion, it will either repair or replace any goods that accept as being defective.

In every case, all transport, courier and shipping cost is covered and paid by the Buyer – Customer – Partner – Distributor – Dealer. 
In order, the products to be covered by the guarantee – warranty, the Customer should send them, along with the proof of purchase, to Soundz registered address.

• Soundz Universal Fit earplugs and Accessories

We accept returns for our Soundz universal fit earplugs and accessories within 10 days of receipt, as long as the package is not opened. We will refund you your order but charge you for the shipping cost for sending you and receiving back your order. All products that will be returned for replacement must be delivered with their full and closed package unharmed. If the package is damaged we will charge you 30% of the retail cost of the product.

• Soundz Custom fit in-ear monitors

We do not offer a return policy for our custom fit in-ear monitors.

If you cancel your order of in-ear monitors before we build them, you must cancel the order within 24 hours. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

We are unable to offer a refund after your in-ear monitors have been built or after the manufacturing process has been started.

• Soundz Universal fit in-ear monitors

We offer a 15-day return policy for our universal fit-in-ear monitors, as long as they have not been customized.

If you wish to return your universal fit-in-ear monitors, you can return them within 15 days of the purchase. You must return them in their full package unharmed, along with the payment receipt.

If the monitors are damaged or even scratched we can not accept the return.

If the package, cable, or accessories are damaged, we will charge you for the cost of the damage.

Our return policy does not cover shipping costs. All shipping costs are paid by the customer.

• Soundz Custom-made earplugs

We do not offer a return policy for our Soundz Custom-made earplugs.

• Soundz Upgrade policy for earplugs.

You can upgrade your Soundz Uni earplugs to the additional category of the Soundz Custom-made earplugs within 30 days from the receipt, paying only the difference in the cost, as long as the products have not been harmed. (For example, if you have purchased Soundz Uni Music earplugs, you can upgrade them to Soundz Music Pro earplugs).

All Soundz Uni earplugs that will be returned for upgrade must be delivered without any damage with their full package unharmed.

All shipping and courier costs for the returns and upgrades are being paid by the customer.
